Spirit was rescued from a kill pen in central Texas. When he first arrived at our stateside quarantine facility, we could tell he wasn’t feeling too well. Spirit saw the vet and was diagnosed with pneumonia. He spent the next several weeks recuperating, and getting strong enough to travel to his forever home at Redemption Ranch. Now fully recovered, Spirit is stepping into his new purpose of healing others and is our go-to guy for children’s and special needs programs. On top of his incredible friendliness, Spirit’s striking blue eyes and unique coat color make him an instant guest favorite.
