Powell Ranger came to Redemption Ranch from the United States. He was in a kill pen, destined for slaughter, when his kind eye caught the attention of the Redemption Ranch team. Powell Ranger arrived underfed, sore and disheartened. Thrown away one too many times. After just a short time with the team, he has blossomed into an amazing horse that is safe for anyone to handle and ride. He is patient, slow and steady, helping to build confidence in even the most timid riders. He has become an absolute staple to the Equine Assisted Healing and Therapeutic Riding program.
